Some products are sold with a 30 day return to base warranty.

You will be required to have the following information before we issue a Return Number.

Order number, Item SERIAL number, Item Type, Contact name, Phone number, and a description of the hardware fault.

When the web form is completed in full we will issue a RETURN Number.

Items are to be packaged, boxed and addressed to:

Warranty Dept: 51a Lakewood Blvd Carrum Downs Vic 3201.

The return number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton.

Return numbers are valid for 14 days only.

Items returned as faulty but after testing are deemed not faulty or the issue is software related, the customer is liable for all

freight and handling charges and may also incur a service charge.
